Using the predefined metadata provided by the U.S. Department of Education, the state's school data is collected and converted to a csv or xml format and then uploaded to the federal government's portal. Communicates and troubleshoots issues with the state's data. Redesigned and maintains the company website through a content management system.

HHM, Austin, TX - Technical Support Specialist

Developed and supported databases for survey research. Responsible for backup and maintenance of web and local network servers as well as local computers. Account Administrator for email, network (Windows and Linux through Samba), and printers.

Dell, Austin, TX - Database/Web Developer

Developed and maintained an Access database for tracking employees who had utilized educational assistance. Created a database to automate the handling of compliance reports. Designed and maintained the website for the education development ladder for HR.

LandAmerica, Phoenix, AZ - Database Administrator

Developed and maintained an Access database for tracking clients and showing their progress through the title/escrow process. Created and maintained access privileges for the employees. Created custom queries for special instances and provided these reports to the supervisor.

Delta Design Inc, San Diego, CA - Database Administrator/Doc. Control Clerk II

Developed and maintained Access databases for the department for tracking and employee evaluation purposes. Administrator for PDMWorks (a Product Data Management tool that allows Document Control to manage the Autocad and Solidworks drawings more effectively). Created custom digital videos for the Sales and Engineering departments. Assisted other departments by helping them create custom Access databases. Asymtek, Carlsbad, CA - Production Associate

Created production assembly documents based on handwritten instructions written by members of the production floor. Created, developed and maintained a database to track assembly documents. Also created custom databases for other departments.

Metropolitan Transit Authority - Data Entry Clerk

Created and entered system responsibilities and users in Oracle. Assisted the database system analysts by entering a number of purchase orders and requisitions. Created and updated spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel to track the users that have been implemented into the system.
